If there are no vacancies that interest you at the moment, you are welcome to subscribe to our job newsletter. You will be contacted by email as soon as Heide Refinery advertises a new position. You can subscribe here. You are also welcome to send us a speculative application at any time.

In order to get to know you in the best possible way, we need your CV. This will tell us about your professional expertise and your training in a structured form. You can decide for yourself whether you would like to include a photo with your application. As evidence of your qualifications, we also need all relevant certificates of qualifications obtained and employment references or similar. A cover letter is not mandatory, but may be of benefit to you in order to make a compelling case for why we should employ you.

When you register, you will be asked whether we may store your data for six or twelve months. Only a handful of employees who are directly involved with your application have access to this data. If your application is unsuccessful, we will delete your data after this period.

Once we have received your application, you will receive a confirmation email from us as soon as possible. Once we have reviewed all the applications we receive, we will select the most suitable applicants and invite them to an interview. Depending on the position, this may take the form of a video interview followed by a face-to-face meeting or we may skip the video interview and go straight to a face-to-face interview. Assessment centres with recruitment tests are also held for apprenticeships. We will contact you again as soon as we have made a decision.

In an interview, one person from the HR department is always present and another person from the department you wish to join. We would like to get to know you and find out if you are a good fit for our team. At the same time, you should also get an impression of whether Heide Refinery could be a suitable employer for you.
